  • 40% — HR-of-One & Sole Practitioner Support: Funding dedicated helpline services, legal advisory, and resource toolkits for solo HR practitioners operating without internal team support.

  • 30% — Regional & Rural Equity Subsidies: Providing subsidised memberships, training grants, and event access to HR professionals in remote and regional communities.

  • 20% — Free Tier & Open Resources: Keeping the Community Key membership, the open template library, and our public guidance pages free for everyone, regardless of whether they can pay.

  • 10% — Emerging Leader Mentorship: Supporting early-career professionals and students with structured 1-on-1 mentoring pathways to build future workforce capability.
