Certification & Training

Reinvested in the HR community. AHRIK is a not-for-profit initiative. Every dollar from membership and training is reinvested into subsidised training, community bursaries and free resources for solo practitioners, small charities and regional teams — for the public benefit, not for profit.

Professionals networking at a corporate event

AHRIK runs four cohort intakes a year (February, May, August and November), each combining short online sprints with hands-on regional intensives — built for people who need to be job-ready in weeks, not years.

How Subsidised Training Works

Two delivery formats, four intakes a year, and one credential track built for people who learn by doing. Community bursaries and subsidised places run throughout, so cost is never the reason a practitioner goes without.

Online Sprints

2-week intensive virtual modules, held twice a week after standard business hours.

In-Person Regional Intensives

2-day hands-on bootcamps hosted twice a year in regional hubs — Dubbo NSW, Geelong VIC and Townsville QLD.

4 Cohort Intakes a Year

Rolling enrollment opens each February, May, August and November — no waiting for an annual start date.

Grassroots Micro-Badges

Fast, skill-specific certifications — like Certified Workplace Mediator and HR Tech Keyholder — for proving one capability at a time.

Bursaries and member rates on every course

Join to unlock discounted pathways — and ask about NFP and charity bursaries if you work for a small non-profit or a regional team.
