Our Story
AHRIK was founded in 2018, after a regional workplace summit in Dubbo, NSW, where a group of HR consultants kept hitting the same wall: small businesses, charities, and regional teams needed real HR support, but the traditional institute pathway — built around multi-year chartership — was out of reach for someone doing HR alone, part-time, or without formal training. AHRIK was built as a practical ‘key’: focused, skill-specific training that gets someone functioning confidently in an HR role in weeks, not years.

Fast, skill-specific certifications (e.g. Certified Workplace Mediator, HR Tech Keyholder) for people who need to prove a specific capability now, rather than pursue a multi-year chartership.
